After pitching an article and having it approved, or finishing an article that you'd like us to help you with, create a new thread with the article title as the thread title. The first line of your thread should be in bold, and have some indication of what step you're at and what sort of help you're looking for. Examples of first-line requests:
Finished 6 of my entries. Need peer editing.
or
Article is 90% complete. Looking for help with the last entry.
or
Finished article. Requesting assistance to make my jokes snappier.
or
Looking for peer proofing. Focus on grammar and punctuation.
Followed this up with a link to the article (google docs, or word document emailed upon request) and allow a few days for the editor/proofer to respond. If they haven't gotten back to you within the week try private messaging them.
All articles will be edited by myself or another competent editor before they are posted to Statbonus.com. So don't worry about the final draft. That will be posted in Finalized Articles. This board is to workshop your article and make sure you're on the right track. Collaborating with other talented writers is a good way to save lost time and heartache.
